What Cycle-paths…

Seventeen finely tuned athletes of all shapes and sizes left Lymington on Fathers day to embark on a 200 mile round trip to London and back.  All 17 riders made it home including BH1’s own Steve Burge who was on the saddle for 14hrs and 30mins (ouch!), His average speed was 15.5mph…  Not bad for an office monkey!

In the end, the group raised over £12,500 for Oakhaven Hospice and Cancer Research.  Steve Burge said; “I can’t believe we all made it!  My legs are shot, but it was worth it to see 17 red shirts cycling down the Mall, along Embankment and over Tower bridge”.  Steve would like to thank all those who sponsored him on www.justgiving.com/steveburge200

BH1 supplied printed t-shirts and sports bottles for the event and co-incidentally have just picked up an order for 3000 sports bottles from a large local authority in London!
