Great idea on reflection

emergency kit

Since 1st July 2008, legislation on the continent requires drivers of any vehicle with four or more wheels to carry a Safety kit consisting of universal warning triangle, first aid kit and reflective jacket.

This will affect anyone travelling abroad this summer, and the penalty for breaching this law is a fine of €135, or €90 if the fine is paid early. In an emergency, the jacket must be put on before leaving the car, day or night, regardless of visibility. It is therefore in the interests of our customers to be fully prepared before they travel. Experts believe it’s only a matter of time before this legislation hits the UK, so BH1 are offering branded safety kits in this years range.
